Melkorka has a classic Icelandic pattern that I've heard called Valhnútur, Alexanderknútur or just Knúturinn.
The embroidery is 15 x 15 cm and looks good either in a pillow or a frame.
The package includes a pattern and instructions, a thread, a needle and woolen embroidery thread.
